Keyan Keihani is a singer-songwriter from the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Keihani’s music is based on a sparse Americana backdrop and an ability to engage listeners with honest, raw and trenchant lyrical content. The songs are delivered vulnerably without any gimmicks or frills.

His music has been featured on No Depression, Paste Magazine, Twang Nation and was named “New and Notable” on Noisetrade in 2015. His self-released debut album, Eastbound, was released in 2013 and provided the foundation for countless shows and supporting opportunities for Jamestown Revival, Sturgill Simpson, J.D. Wilkes, David Ramirez, William Elliott Whitmore and Jason Eady, to name a few. It peaked at #6 on Amazon’s Americana Charts.

In 2015, Keihani released Dark Saints with producer and engineer, Daniel Mendez. Dark Saints is presented as a stripped down collection of songs that are deceptively simple and haunting. No Depression referred to it as a “powerful record that is driven by Keihani’s unique, no frills voice that is part country, part folk, and most of all, sincere.” In 2016, Keihani provided support on several regional tours and was named a finalist for the Deli Magazine’s “Emerging Roots Artist of the Year.”

Keihani is currently working on his third album, Harder to Love, due to be out in the beginning of 2021.
